Possible ORDERING service???

I am planning to do a GaGa ordering service. Basically this is what I'd do:

1. The customer would tell me what they wanted from the order list by email.
2. They would send me the money (in an envelope)
3. I would send off the item.
4. Everyone would be happy!

Would you trust this enough to do it? I know it sounds unreliable but if you'd like GaGa products from the UK then I will be able to supply this.
